Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned investment professional to lead our investment execution and portfolio development across core funds. As the chosen candidate, you will oversee end-to-end deal execution, proprietary sourcing pipelines, founder meetings, diligence, modeling, IC prep, term sheet negotiation, legal closure, and disbursement.The ideal candidate will advise founders on GTM, hiring, org design, and downstream capital, identify underperformance early, own risk-mitigation conversations, track and report KPIs, milestones, and board-level insights.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Deal Execution:Build robust sourcing pipelines (India and global)Drive effective founder meetings, diligence, modeling, and IC preparationNegotiate term sheets, secure legal closure, and ensure smooth disbursementPortfolio Value Creation:Offer strategic guidance to founders on GTM, hiring, org design, and downstream capitalEarly identification of underperformance; own risk-mitigation discussionsTrack and report key performance indicators, milestones, and board-level insightsTeam Leadership:Mentor and manage team members, enforcing high standards for follow-up, research depth, and memo qualityConduct internal investment reviews and pre-IC forumsFund Strategy & Reporting:Contribute to investor dashboards and updatesSupport new fund design, co-investment structures, and sector allocationsRepresent the organization at founder forums, investor summits, and panels
