Senior Accounting ProfessionalJob Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Senior Accounting Professional with expertise in US GAAP and experience leading accounting operations for US-based entities.This role involves overseeing end-to-end accounting functions, managing a team of accountants, reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with US accounting standards.Manage accounting operations for US-based clients/entities under US GAAPLead and supervise a team of accountants; manage work allocation, performance reviews, and trainingReview and finalise financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger activitiesEnsure compliance with US accounting standards and internal controlsPrepare and review P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reportsCoordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and cross-functional teams for timely filings and auditsSupport system implementations and automation initiatives to improve accounting efficiencyAbout the Role:The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of overall accounting experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role, and 3+ years handling US accounting standards.Responsibilities:In this senior accounting role, you will be responsible for leading a distributed team and working with senior stakeholders worldwide.
