You will contribute to the stability and performance of hosted Magento platforms, utilizing your skills in implementing and maintaining network security measures, cloud-based infrastructures, particularly in AWS. ResponsibilitiesMaintain and optimize Linux systems to ensure optimal performancePerform detailed troubleshooting to identify and resolve complex technical issuesEnsure network security by implementing and maintaining effective security measuresProvide high-quality technical support to clients via various communication channelsManage cloud-based infrastructures, particularly in AWS, to ensure seamless operationsContribute to the development and implementation of new technologies and processes to enhance the overall performance and efficiency of hosted Magento platforms RequirementsProficiency in System Administration and Linux System AdministrationStrong skills in Troubleshooting and providing Technical SupportExperience in implementing and maintaining Network Security measuresHands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and related cloud solutionsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience in managed hosting or e-commerce ecosystems, particularly Magento, is an advantageFamiliarity with automation tools and scripting languages is a plus
