Digital Transformation Expert Role OverviewThis strategic opportunity enables you to contribute to comprehensive digital transformation initiatives from inception to delivery, driving tangible business outcomes and adoption across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Translate high-level requirements into scalable architectures and actionable transformation roadmaps.Own the benefits lifecycle, aligning initiatives with company visions and measurable outcomes.Identify and prioritize automation and AI opportunities, building lean business cases including cost, time, resource requirements, and expected benefits.Maintain and enhance the transformation framework, standards, and change management processes.Orchestrate cross-functional delivery from inception to delivery, ensuring readiness, documentation, and knowledge transfer.Ensure proposals meet technical requirements and are accurately estimated to support successful outcomes.Support market research and sales enablement by providing engineering input and solution insights.Required Skills & Competencies:4-7 years experience in Solution Architecture & Business Analysis: Requirements gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into technical solutions.Cloud Fundamentals: AWS, GCP, or Azure.Automation Tools: n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent workflow automation platforms.Data & BI: Familiarity with analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.AI Literacy: Understanding of large language model applications, prompt engineering, and AI solution patterns.Security & Compliance Awareness: Understanding security and regulatory considerations in digital solutions.Agile & OKRs: Experience with agile methodologies, project documentation, and diagramming tools.Strong organisational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
