We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing end-to-end telco network solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative IP/MPLS and Transport solutions for telecom customers, aligning with their specific needs and expectations.Develop technical inputs, solution designs, and bill of materials (BOMs) for proposals, ensuring accurate and detailed information is provided.Participate in customer calls to explain architectures and answer technical queries, effectively communicating complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.Support responses to RFP/RFI requests with accurate design details and network requirements, meeting the high standards expected by our clients.Provide technical guidance to deployment teams during implementation and migration phases, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing disruptions.Review high-level designs (HLDs)/low-level designs (LLDs) to ensure solutions meet telco standards, network policies, and customer expectations, maintaining the highest level of quality.Assist with troubleshooting complex issues across IP/MPLS and transport layers during delivery, leveraging expertise to resolve problems efficiently.Ensure services meet telco-grade performance, reliability, and service-level agreement (SLA) requirements, guaranteeing exceptional customer satisfaction.Support multi-vendor networks, including Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Huawei, and others, navigating the complexities of diverse platforms.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong hands-on experience working in telecom or service provider networks, with a deep understanding of the industry's nuances.Extensive knowledge of IP/MPLS, including L2/L3 VPNs, Segment Routing, Quality of Service (QoS), and Traffic Engineering, as well as proficiency in routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, LDP, and RSVP-TE.Good understanding of Transport technologies like DWDM, OTN, and Ethernet transport, along with experience working with multi-vendor platforms such as Cisco ASR/ISR, Juniper MX/PTX, Nokia SR, and Huawei NE.BenefitsOpportunity to work with a dynamic team focused on delivering cutting-edge telco network solutions.Possible growth opportunities within a rapidly evolving industry.A chance to develop and refine your skills, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
