Generative AI LeaderThis is a leadership role for an experienced generative AI engineer who can define the vision and technical direction for our Generative AI team. The successful candidate will have expertise in large-scale Transformer-based models, multimodal datasets, and deploying ML models using cloud microservices.Technical Leadership: Define the AI vision and technical direction; establish best practices for the Generative AI team.Strategy & Roadmap: Shape and execute the AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases.The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in probability, statistics, and optimisation, with hands-on experience deploying ML models using cloud microservices (AWS) and a solid software engineering background — OOP, testing, version control, CI/CD, and IaC (Terraform).We are looking for someone who can collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and business teams to embed AI into real-world products and workflows.
