Job Title: AI Development SpecialistLocation: Pune/Remote (Flexible)Experience: Mid-Senior LevelRole Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled AI development specialist to lead the development of autonomous AI systems.Our infrastructure runs on cloud platforms, emphasizing strong engineering fundamentals above all.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and building stateful, multi-actor AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph.Key Responsibilities:Design and build production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, managing vector stores and semantic search optimization.Develop robust, scalable, and multithreaded Python code to handle high-concurrency workloads.Create high-latency, asynchronous REST APIs using FastAPI to serve models and agents.Architect efficient data layers using both SQL and NoSQL databases.Deploy and manage services on cloud platforms.Technical Requirements:Generative AI:Must Have: Deep hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.Must Have: Proven track record of building Agentic workflows and RAG pipelines.Experience: Familiarity with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama 3) and fine-tuning concepts.Engineering & Python:Expert Python: Mastery of the language, including asyncio, multithreading, decorators, and memory management.Frameworks: Production experience with FastAPI.Concurrency: Ability to write scalable code that maximizes throughput.Cloud & Data:Cloud Agnostic: Strong experience with AWS or GCP is required.Databases: Proficient in SQL and NoSQL modeling.
