Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Operations Executive at WhizCo. The Creative Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing project management, branding initiatives, and communication strategies. This role involves collaborating with teams to ensure brand consistency, executing creative projects, and managing timelines effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage creative projects from concept to completion.
- Develop project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with freelancers, 3D Team and other creative professionals.
- Maintain project and track progress.
- Provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines.
- Manage project budgets and resources.
- Conduct quality checks on all creative deliverables.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and creative meetings.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
- Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience of 6 months to 1 year in a similar role within the marketing, creative tech, or influencer marketing industry.
- Knowledge of Augmented Reality, CGI, 3D Animation technologies, and influencer marketing trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving
- Communication and Writing skills
- Project Management abilities
- Branding expertise
- Graphic Design skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in creative operations or marketing
- Knowledge of multimedia and design software
