Role Overview:Our team is seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to work on solar power systems.Key Responsibilities:Install, test, and maintain renewable energy systems to ensure efficient operation and system reliability.Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.Diagnose technical issues, replace faulty components, and document repairs to optimize system performance.Assist in the commissioning of new installations and verify system performance to ensure compliance with industry standards.Collaborate with project teams to execute field projects safely and efficiently.Requirements:At least 2 years of experience as a Renewable Energy Technician or in electrical field maintenance.Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and grid/off-grid solutions.Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex issues.Familiarity with testing equipment, multimeters, insulation testers, and IR thermography to perform accurate assessments.Preferred Qualifications:Diploma/ITI/Certification in Electrical Electronics or Renewable Energy Technology.Experience with wind energy systems and turbine maintenance for added value.Exposure to SCADA monitoring systems for real-time data analysis.Essential Skills:Problem-solving and analytical mindset.Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently in challenging field environments.Additional Benefits:Continuous training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.Competitive compensation package with room for growth.Collaborative and dynamic work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
