Oracle ERP Cloud O2C Expert RoleWe are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Order-to-Cash (O2C) expert with 15 years of experience in ERP transformation programs.This role requires deep functional knowledge of the O2C cycle, hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud modules, and a strong understanding of business processes and system integrations across Finance and Supply Chain functions.The O2C expert will drive functional solutioning, lead workshops, define end-to-end processes, configure Oracle Cloud modules, and ensure successful implementation and optimization of O2C capabilities.Main Responsibilities:Act as the primary SME for the O2C business process in Oracle Cloud ERP.Lead business process workshops with global stakeholders to capture requirements and pain points.Design and configure Oracle ERP Cloud modules involved in O2C, including AR, Advanced Collections, Revenue Management (RMCS), Order Management (OM), Pricing, Customer Data Management, etc.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Logistics, IT) to ensure end-to-end process alignment.Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and go-live activities.Prepare functional documentation (BR100, MD50, test scripts, training materials).Provide post-go-live support, including issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.Work with integration teams on interfacing Oracle Cloud with CRM, eCommerce, logistics, and 3rd-party billing systems.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or IT. MBA or equivalent preferred.15+ years of experience in ERP implementations, with at least 5+ years in Oracle ERP Cloud.Strong functional and process knowledge of the O2C cycle: Order capture to invoicing, Credit management and billing, Revenue recognition, Customer receipts and cash applications, Dunning and collections, etc.Hands-on experience in configuring Oracle Cloud modules such as AR, OM, and RMCS.Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle ERP Cloud in O2C scope.Proficiency in FBDI / ADFDI templates, OTBI / BI Publisher, and Smart View for reporting.Familiarity with multi-currency, multi-entity, tax localization, and global business structures.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a cutting-edge technology in Oracle ERP Cloud.Chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.Professional growth and development opportunities.Others:Certification in Oracle Cloud Financials / SCM is a plus.Experience with integration platforms (OIC, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) is desired.Familiarity with Agile / SAFe delivery models and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps is beneficial.
