Description : About the Role :We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EBS Consultant with a strong background in HRMS, SCM, and Technical (Apex) development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing Oracle EBS modules and developing applications using Oracle APEX. This is a key role that involves working with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective Oracle ERP solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Lead or support the implementation and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules, particularly HRMS and SCM.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Customize and configure Oracle EBS applications to meet organizational needs.- Develop, test, and deploy applications using Oracle APEX.- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Oracle EBS modules.- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Oracle ERP solutions.- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and internal standards.- Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.- Conduct user training and prepare relevant documentation as required.Required Skills & Qualifications : Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), including : - HRMS (Human Resource Management System)- SCM (Supply Chain Management)- Technical modules- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX development.- Strong understanding of Oracle database structures, PL/SQL, and APIs.- Proven ability to analyze, design, and implement complex ERP systems.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) : - Oracle certifications in relevant modules.- Experience in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) applications.- Previous experience working in large-scale ERP implementations.- Knowledge of integration tools and middleware.Title : Oracle EBS Consultant (ref:hirist.tech)
