Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Applications Administrator to join our team. As an administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Oracle HCM and ERP clouds.The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including configuration, data integrity, system security, maintenance, enhancements, process improvements, and project management.Main Responsibilities:In collaboration with Application Support Specialist(s), ensure accurate and timely maintenance of all production configurations.Provide oversight of Oracle processes in the transaction console and scheduled processes.Create processing and data reports to meet approved business requirements.Develop, assess, and maintain tailored security roles and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence catalog access.Conduct data imports and exports to fulfill authorized business needs.Create and manage Oracle service requests (SRs) for high-level system issues/requests.Collaborate with IT Enterprise team to perform research and provide technical analysis, solution options, pros/cons, and recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with other Internal IT teams, Finance, and HR to evaluate, modify, and customize existing functionalities and new features and applications.Assess current system utilization to identify and recommend improvements.Provide guidance for the preparation of training materials, guides, online content, and documentation.Maintain knowledge of emerging trends and developments in ERP/HCM technology.
