Job Title:Content Strategist & Influencer Marketing SpecialistKey Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:Develop and execute influencer-led campaign strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize new ideas, campaign routes, and strategic opportunities.Identify emerging platforms, creator categories, and niche communities to enhance campaign strategy.Communication & Coordination:Attend client briefs and provide influencer-specific recommendations.Coordinate with influencers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.Meet clients regularly to assess satisfaction with influencer strategy, content quality, and overall execution while strengthening client relationships.Creative Strategy:Decode client briefs with the account management team to build influencer-aligned strategies.Develop influencer-first brand strategy and detailed execution plans for campaigns.Pitch mid-size influencer campaigns to clients along with the account management team.Experiment with new creator-driven content formats to enhance pitches, client briefs, and partnerships.Required Skills & Qualifications:1–3 years of proven experience in copywriting and influencer marketing.Strong understanding of creator ecosystems across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.Ability to translate brand objectives into creator-friendly content formats.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.Strong strategic thinking, creative ideation, and problem-solving ability.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.The opportunity to work with top brands and influencers in the industry.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.About Us:Our company is a leading agency in the field of influencer marketing.
