Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop high-impact campaigns that increase awareness and drive conversions. Performance Tracking & Insights Monitor content performance using analytics and derive insights to refine future strategies. Make data-backed decisions to improve engagement and reach. Ownership & Accountability Take full responsibility for deliverables, timelines, and outcomes. Ensure all content initiatives are aligned with team goals and customer needs. What Makes You a Strong Fit 1–3 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or strategy Background in interiors, construction, or furniture is an advantage Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills Proactive, creative, and willing to experiment Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment with a strong sense of ownership Interview Process Short assignment Three interview rounds with the core team
