Job Title: Legal Specialist We are seeking a seasoned legal expert to collaborate with our team in the development of standardized processes across multiple jurisdictions.This role will involve working closely with business analysts and legal professionals to analyze individual countries' primary source workflows, data, and files. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating consolidated and standardized processes and data based on individual countries' processes, highlighting instances where local countries cannot conform to standard.Collaborate with business analysts to analyze individual countries' primary source workflow, data and files.Develop and implement consolidated and standardized processes and data based on individual countries' processes.Produce deliverables for standardized process (with support of business analysts), including but not limited to:Process documentation (as-is documentation and to-be process design).Spreadsheets containing standardized data elements for various processes.Monitor and report on the status of standardization efforts across all active countries.Attend regular Program Board meetings and serve as legal expert representative.Contribute to meetings between business analysts and clients to provide guidance and context.Required Skills:Proven experience in primary sources of law in the European region.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Bilingual preferred (EU languages/German/Dutch), English required.Experience in legal business process consulting.Self-starter and proactive communicator.About this Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a legal specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of standardized processes across multiple jurisdictions.
