Senior Liaisoning Officer – Political, PoliceWe are seeking a highly connected individual who can act as our representative across political, police, judicial, and government circles.The role involves regular interaction with senior officials to facilitate permissions, resolve escalations, and represent our interests in sensitive matters.Key Responsibilities:Build trusted relationships with senior officials across the Mumbai Police, Home Department, BMC, Urban Development, and Mantralaya ministries.Coordinate closely with MLAs, MPs, and political offices to represent institutional initiatives.Maintain communication with Deputy Commissioners, ACPs, Collectors, and Zonal officers to facilitate project execution and permissions.Support official meetings, press interactions, or public events on behalf of our founder.Follow up on government correspondence, file movement, and approvals with tact.Anticipate administrative or political bottlenecks and plan interventions for timely resolution.Manage and document government interactions, ensuring accountability and proper reporting.Judicial, Legal & Regulatory Coordination:Maintain working ties with judicial administration, legal advisors, and law enforcement authorities.Coordinate with law firms, advocates, or government legal departments for documentation and compliance-related matters.Follow up with courts, registrar offices, and local authorities for updates on ongoing cases or procedures.Ensure institutional activities align with applicable legal frameworks.Prepare briefing notes for meetings involving legal matters.Business & Institutional Liaisoning:Represent our organization for government licenses, permissions, and approvals on projects.Engage with public sector undertakings (PSUs), corporate affairs departments, and industry associations for collaborative initiatives.Coordinate with vendors, regulatory bodies, and partners for project escalations or strategic tie-ups.Facilitate high-level business meetings involving senior bureaucrats or representatives.Track and follow up on tenders, government projects, or CSR-linked opportunities aligned with organizational goals.Foundation & Social Engagements:Support our founder's philanthropic initiatives by connecting with political offices, NGOs, and local administrators.Liaise for approvals and resource coordination related to social programs.Manage confidential assignments involving multiple stakeholders with discretion.Build goodwill across political parties and community groups to enhance visibility and reputation.Strategic Communication & Influence Building:Serve as a bridge between ecosystems representing our founder with professionalism.Monitor government policy developments and trends impacting projects.Cultivate relationships with key influencers and bureaucrats for long-term advantage.Represent us in social forums to strengthen institutional relationships and brand positioning.
