Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on development experience, and the ability to convert business requirements into efficient technical solutions.The successful candidate will work closely with functional consultants to translate business needs into detailed technical designs. They will also be responsible for integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, or middleware tools.In addition to technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Dynamics architecture, data model, and extension framework.Key Responsibilities include:Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions based on client requirements.Build and implement technical components including extensions, integrations, workflows, plugins, and custom reports.Work closely with functional consultants to translate business needs into detailed technical designs.Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, or middleware tools.Perform data migration, transformation, and environment data restores.Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Participate in implementation, upgrade, and maintenance projects.Required Skills and QualificationsThe following qualifications are required:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3–8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development.Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and knowledge of JavaScript.Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is an added advantage.Familiarity with Azure services, DevOps pipelines, and API integrations.Good understanding of Dynamics architecture, data model, and extension framework.Experience with SSRS, Electronic Reporting (ER), Power BI, and report customizations.BenefitsThe company offers:Opportunity to work with leading Microsoft technologies and top global Microsoft partners.Professional development, training programs, and certification support.A dynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.
