To achieve this, we require an expert motion designer with exceptional skills in creating visually appealing motion graphics for YouTube talking-head videos.The ideal candidate will have:A strong background in Adobe After effects, enabling them to create high-quality animations.Excellent understanding of how to edit for retention on YouTube, resulting in increased audience engagement.Strong visual storytelling skills, allowing them to convey messages effectively through their work.Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in smooth and clean motion graphics animation.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Refining raw footage into engaging long-form and short-form videos.Creating custom motion graphics to enhance the visual experience of our clients' videos.Source relevant B-roll and implement effective sound design and music SFX to create compelling stories.Reviewing edited videos to ensure accuracy, visual quality, and adherence to platform-specific requirements.Collaborating with our team to understand client objectives and incorporate feedback to deliver high-quality results.Effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery.Staying up-to-date with new editing techniques and YouTube retention strategies to help build internal templates and systems that improve team efficiency.
