Video Content SpecialistAbout this role:This is a full-time position responsible for creating engaging video content to support our organization's marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in video production and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:Conceptualize and develop video ideas that align with our marketing strategy.Plan, shoot, edit, and finalize high-quality video content for various marketing channels.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of video content into overall campaigns.Develop and maintain a consistent brand style across all video content.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in film production, digital media, marketing, or a related field.Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in a marketing environment.Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).Knowledge of motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).Strong storytelling and visual storytelling skills.Excellent attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics.Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to convey marketing messages through video.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with color correction and color grading.Knowledge of audio editing and sound design.Familiarity with video SEO best practices.
