The ideal candidate will have expertise in building complex workflows, automating multi-step processes, integrating APIs, and developing logic-driven automation systems.This role is not just about simple automations – we need someone who can solve complex problems, architect scalable workflows, guide team members, and ensure all systems run reliably.Design, optimize, and maintain advanced workflow configurations for internal operations, sales, CRM, lead generation, reporting, and website automations.Integrate multiple systems using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and custom authentication flows.Develop backend processes, data pipelines, and automation sequences using programming languages like JavaScript/TypeScript/Python.Set up and manage deployments (cloud or self-hosted), including environment configurations, error handling, and scaling.Create and manage website automations, landing pages, and backend modules.Resolve complex automation issues and bottlenecks through troubleshooting and analysis.Provide guidance on workflow architecture, best practices, and implementation to team members.Maintain accurate documentation for workflows, integrations, and processes.
