Job Title: Senior IT Recruiter--DomesticLocation: NoidaExperience: 8 years plusJob Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior IT Recruiter (Domestic) to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for positions across India preferably IT domain.Key Responsibilities:Handle full lifecycle recruitment for domestic (India-based) roles across IT verticalsSource candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databasesScreen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitabilityCoordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managersNegotiate salary and close offers with candidatesMaintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackersBuild a strong pipeline of talent for recurring requirementsEnsure timely follow-up and feedback collection from both clients and candidatesDevelop and maintain client relationships by understanding their evolving hiring needsRequirements:8 years plus of experience in domestic recruitmentProficiency in using job portals (Naukri, ), LinkedIn, and ATS toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple positions and deliver under pressureKnowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting is a plusWorking experience on TCS, TechM requirements.Preferred Skills:Experience in IT recruitment (Java, Python, Cloud, Data, Service now, AI, ML etc.)
