As part of the multibillion-dollar diversified CKA Birla Group, Birlasoft with its 12,000+ professionals, is committed to continuing the Group’s 170-year heritage of building sustainable communities.Experience: 4-7 yearsLocation: NoidaKey ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing and Attraction: Develop and implement effective strategies for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions and levels within the organization.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition best practices.Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand by promoting the organization’s values and culture through various channels and platforms.Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions.Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.Qualifications and SkillsExperience: At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully hiring for senior and executive-level positions.Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
