Hotel Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations. This leadership role is pivotal in maintaining high service standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving operational success while aligning with organizational goals.The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold service excellence, and foster strong internal and external relationships. Key responsibilities include:Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and support the General Manager in all operational matters.Assign duties to department heads and monitor performance to ensure compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.Act as the hotel's representative to promote the property within the hospitality industry, local community, and trade associations.Monitor guest feedback across platforms and drive the service recovery process.Ensure full compliance with operational controls, SOPs, policies, and service standards.Resolve guest complaints promptly and implement effective service recovery strategies.Maintain accurate records including cash flow sheets, guest floor limits, aging reports, direct billing, etc.Foster owner loyalty through proactive communication and by delivering consistent business results.Requirements:To be considered for this position, candidates must have:A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within hotel operations.Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM IST), Monday through Saturday.Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-first mindset.What We Offer:A competitive salary package.A collaborative and supportive remote work environment.An opportunity to work with a dedicated and professional team.
