They should possess excellent leadership skills, be able to manage teams effectively, and have a strong understanding of cGMP and international regulatory requirements.RequirementsA minimum of 20 years of experience in sterile manufacturing.At least 5 years of experience in a lead role.Excellent leadership skills.Strong understanding of cGMP and international regulatory requirements.Ability to manage teams effectively.Skills and QualificationsProduction planning.Process control.Troubleshooting.Self-inspection.Compliance with audit observations.
