If you have a proven track record of driving profitable results and possess expertise in performance marketing metrics and optimization strategies, we encourage you to apply.About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Performance Media Buyer to join our team and drive business growth through innovative campaign management and optimization strategies.Campaign Management & OptimizationKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute effective campaign plans, leveraging insights from A/B testing and data analysis to drive high-quality traffic and maximize ROI.Manage large budgets efficiently, focusing on key performance indicators such as EPC, CPA, CR, ROAS, and LTV.Conduct thorough analyses of creatives, landing pages, targeting, and placements to identify opportunities for improvement.Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability and ensuring consistent funnel performance.Creative StrategyResponsibilities Include:Collaborate with internal designers or develop your own ad concepts to create engaging and effective ad content.Identify winning creative angles and optimize for stronger conversion rates.Data & ReportingResponsibilities Include:Track daily performance metrics and provide actionable insights to inform campaign optimization decisions.Analyze user behavior, funnel drop-offs, and optimize for better conversion rates.Maintain accurate records of spending, ROI, and campaign results.Relationship & Offer ManagementResponsibilities Include:Negotiate payouts and secure exclusive offers with affiliate managers, networks, advertisers, and traffic sources.Evaluate new offers and traffic sources for profitability and unlock higher caps.RequirementsQualifications Include:A minimum of 2–5 years of hands-on experience running performance campaigns (Sweepstakes, CPS, mVAS, CPI, etc.).A proven track record of generating profitable and scalable results.In-depth knowledge of performance marketing metrics and optimization strategies.Expertise with multiple platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, PropellerAds, Zeropark, Unity, IronSource, Outbrain/Taboola, Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, AppsFlyer, etc.).Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make real-time decisions.BenefitsWe Offer:Competitive salary + attractive performance bonuses.Flexible working hours & remote work options.Growth-focused environment with access to premium tools and resources.Incentives for hitting performance milestones.
