Our mission: to create 20,000+ certified fitness experts who will redefine the fitness landscape across India and beyond.Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and inspiring Health & Fitness Educator (ACE Specialist) who will train, mentor, and guide students pursuing international certifications such as ACE (American Council on Exercise). The ideal candidate is a certified fitness professional with a passion for education, physiology, and performance science, and the ability to make complex concepts engaging, relatable, and actionable.Key Responsibilities1. Training & FacilitationDeliver ACE syllabus-based modules including Exercise Science, Anatomy, Kinesiology, Physiology, Nutrition, and Program Design.Conduct interactive theory and gym-floor practical sessions, focusing on form, function, and corrective exercise.Prepare students for ACE CPT exams, ensuring conceptual clarity and confidence.Create demo workouts, assessments, and hands-on learning activities for better retention.2. Academic DevelopmentAssist in curriculum enhancement for WTF Academy’s certification and diploma programs.Contribute to educational content creation – videos, manuals, presentations, online modules.Stay updated with global trends and ACE continuing education to keep content current and credible.3. Student Mentorship & EvaluationMentor students on career growth, client handling, and professional ethics.Conduct regular evaluations, mock tests, and one-on-one feedback sessions.Track learner performance and ensure high completion and certification success rates.4. Brand & Community EngagementRepresent WTF Academy in workshops, fitness expos, webinars, and digital campaigns.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for demo classes, orientation sessions, and public content.Be the face of fitness education—inspiring a new generation of trainers, educators, and health professionals.Key Skills & CompetenciesACE Certified Personal Trainer (mandatory) — Specialist credentials preferred (e.g., Functional Training, Corrective Exercise, Nutrition).Deep understanding of Exercise Science, Biomechanics, Human Anatomy, and Physiology.Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills.Strong command of fitness assessments, client programming, and goal-based training.Ability to simplify complex concepts and inspire learners of diverse backgrounds.Tech-friendly educator — comfortable with online teaching platforms and digital LMS tools.High energy, empathy, and motivational leadership.Qualification & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Nutrition, or related field preferred.Minimum 3–6 years of experience in personal training, coaching, or teaching fitness certification programs.Proven success in training or mentoring aspiring fitness professionals.Performance Indicators (KPIs)Student Success Rate: 80%+ students clearing ACE exam on first attempt.Training Engagement: 90%+ class attendance & satisfaction score.Content Contribution: Minimum 2 training modules / videos created per quarter.Placement Impact: 70%+ certified students placed in gyms or freelancing roles.Why Join WTF AcademyBe part of India’s most innovative fitness education ecosystem.Work alongside global certification partners (ACE, ISSA, NSCA).Opportunity to train and shape thousands of fitness careers.Competitive pay + performance bonuses + career growth into Master Trainer / Academic Head roles.Contribute to raising the standard of fitness education in India.
