We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager to join our Noida team for night shift operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of HR practices. This position requires working the PST shift, from 7 PM to 4 AM IST.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Administration:

- Oversee the administrative functions of the office
- Ensure a safe and productive work environment for all employees.
- Coordinate/organize company events, meetings, and other activities.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

- Ability to work in the PST shift (7 PM to 4 AM IST) is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of Proven experience as an HR & Admin Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
