🚀 We’re Hiring: Standard Cell Design Engineer📍 Location: Bangalore / Hybrid | 💼 Experience: 3–6 YearsWe’re hiring at NextICRON Technologies Looking for experienced Standard Cell Design Engineers passionate about transistor-level design and PPA optimization.This role focuses on cell design, not characterization, and involves developing high-quality standard cell librariesfor advanced technology nodes.🔹 Responsibilities:Design and optimize standard cells for performance, power, and area (PPA)Work closely with layout and PDK teams for rule-compliant, manufacturable designsPerform schematic-level design, functional verification, and circuit simulationsEnsure DRC/LVS compliance and collaborate with CAD and automation teamsDeliver design collaterals for characterization and library integration🔹 Requirements:Strong knowledge of CMOS logic design and transistor-level optimizationExperience with Virtuoso, HSPICE/Spectre, Calibre, and StarRCFamiliarity with FinFET or advanced planar nodes (≤28nm)B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or VLSI Engineering📩 Interested candidates can share their resume at:sagrika.chauhan@nexticrontechnologies.com#NextICRON #Hiring #StandardCell #VLSI #Semiconductor #CMOS #ICDesign #EDA
