Global Infrastructure Support SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Global Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and maintaining complex IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain Linux or Windows serversMonitor system performance and ensure high availability of critical applications and infrastructureTroubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve incidents quicklySet up, configure, and maintain virtual machines, cloud instances, and on-prem infrastructureManage users, permissions, and security policies across systemsApply patches, updates, and upgrades for OS, applications, and security componentsSupport network troubleshooting, firewall rules, VPN access, and connectivity issuesWork with ticketing systems, document resolutions, and follow standard ITIL processesCollaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams to support deployments and operational workflowsRequirements:Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a System AdministratorStrong knowledge of either Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) or Windows Server administrationExperience with user management, permissions, and system security best practicesAbility to troubleshoot hardware, OS, and network issuesFamiliarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM)Understanding of backup, recovery, and storage systemsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentPreferred Skills:Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)Experience with Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCPHands-on experience with endpoint management tools: Intune, SCCM, JamfKnowledge of scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python)Exposure to monitoring tools (Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)Experience in ITIL environments and ticketing tools like ServiceNow or JIRAWhy Join Us?As a Global Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on global infrastructure and IT support initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.Our team is passionate about providing excellent service to our clients, and we are committed to helping you grow and develop your skills.
