For over 20 years, companies across size, industry, and markets have relied on our expertise to successfully build global business and technology teams.You'll be part of a team working on Digital Engineering & Architecture, Data & Analytics, and Digital Operations to build inclusive experiences and outstanding products.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with functional business leads and technology partners to provide high-level customer serviceParticipate in Agile ceremonies as part of the Scrum TeamWork with project teams to define and break down requirementsEnsure projects are completed to standard by working with team members, management, and product ownersImplement rapid updates to fulfill changing business and marketing requirementsCreate technical documentation including architecture, flow diagrams, and pseudocodeCreate and maintain macro tech designsIdentify risks and form contingency plansWork in a team environment to support team goals and improve development practicesDeliver across the entire software life cycle – concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to production, and supportCollaborate with other development teams on architectural vision and roadmapDiscover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiencyMandatory Skills:3-6 years of Java/J2EE development experienceExperience in application development utilizing Java, Spring, SQL, Log4j, Web Services (SOAP/XML/REST/JSON), and Oracle/H2 databases is requiredExperience with Spring Boot, Test Driven Development, and CI/CD is requiredDesired Skills:Kafka integrations experience is a plusDocker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Azure experience is a plusReactive programming experience is a plusOracle POS experience is a plusAndroid SDK experience is a plus
