Business Development ManagerThis is a dynamic role that requires a seasoned professional to spearhead business growth, cultivate client relationships, and drive revenue expansion for our Cloud Solutions & Services portfolio.The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, profound industry knowledge, and exceptional interpersonal skills to identify prospects, translate customer needs into tailored solutions, and build lasting partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities within designated territories.Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, encompassing lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.Achieve and surpass assigned revenue targets and key performance indicators.Foster and maintain robust client relationships with multi-level decision-makers.Understand client requirements and propose suitable Cloud solutions & services.Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors to position cloud services effectively.Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting in CRM systems.Required Qualifications and Experience:We seek an individual with 7-10 years of experience selling Software Solutions and Services to enterprise customers. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is essential. Strong solution-selling techniques, account management skills, and familiarity with relevant cloud platforms are also required.
