Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Head located in Ambala (Haryana). The role involves overseeing and managing the branch's daily operations, counselling individuals seeking visa assistance, providing accurate guidance on visa requirements and application processes, and supervising staff performance. The Senior Visa Counsellor / Branch Head will also ensure exceptional client service, maintain branch efficiency, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and drive the operational success of the branch. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, counseling, and client advisory skills Minimum 3 years of experience as an Senior visa counsellor or Branch Head in Immigration industry. Proficiency in team leadership, staff management, and branch operational oversight Experience in visa application processes and knowledge of international immigration laws Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in using CRM tools and standard office software Prior experience in the visa consulting or immigration industry is preferred Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Business, or Communications Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage for client interaction
