Relationship Manager / Sales Manager – Business LAPLocation: Tamil Nadu – Chennai, Madurai & VelloreDepartment: Business Loan Against Property (BLAP)Designation: RM / SMExperience Required: 3–8 years in LAP / BL sourcingCTC Range: 6 - 9 LPARole Overview:Responsible for business generation in Business LAP across Chennai, Madurai & Vellore by leveraging DSAs, connectors, and direct customer sourcing. Expected to deliver high-quality proposals with strong compliance and market understanding.Key Responsibilities:• Source Business LAP proposals via DSA and direct channels• Achieve monthly sourcing & disbursal targets• Conduct customer discussions and financial assessments• Work with credit, legal, ops & technical teams for seamless processing• Build and deepen DSA & CA network relationships• Maintain file quality, compliance, and documentation hygiene• Track market intelligence & competitor movements• Support portfolio stability and follow-ups where requiredCandidate Requirements:• 3–8 years experience in LAP / BL / SME sales• Strong network in Chennai, Madurai & Vellore• Deep understanding of BLAP underwriting drivers and customer profiles• Ability to handle high-volume sourcing with quality output• Strong communication and negotiation skillsAbout the Organization:A trusted financial services player with a strong presence in secured lending.
