The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales and business development teams to engage potential clients, present product solutions, and drive business opportunities. If you have a strong understanding of IT/software solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create compelling sales presentations, we want to hear from youKey Responsibilities: Own and lead the overall pre-sales strategy aligned with business and revenue goals. Plan and conduct team meetings to ensure targets are clearly defined and achieved.
Manage and mentor the pre-sales team, ensuring high performance, skill development, and technical excellence. Partner closely with sales leadership to improve deal qualification, win rates, and sales cycle efficiency. Engage with key prospects and enterprise customers to understand business challenges and position solutions strategically. Work with marketing to develop pre-sales assets such as pitch decks, case studies, demos, and thought-leadership content.
Establish and maintain CRM processes, forecasting accuracy, and reporting for pre-sales activities. Support seamless handover from sales to delivery/post-sales teams to ensure customer success. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer expectations.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in pre-sales Strong understanding of IT/software solutions, SaaS products, and enterprise solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
Ability to translate technical solutions into business benefits for clients.
Experience
with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.Preferred Skills: Experience in B2B sales and enterprise client handling. Knowledge of cloud solutions, ERP, HRMS, or CRM software.
