We are seeking an exceptional Data Solutions Director to join our organization in India. This key role combines strategic and operational leadership responsibilities, overseeing Principal Analysts across APAC and collaborating closely with data engineering, development, and global teams.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish regional standards for semantic models, unified data definitions, and Power BI solutions.Guide the deployment of GenAI capabilities and ensure consistent data governance across multiple markets.Required Skills & QualificationsOver 7 years' experience in data solutions, analytics, BI, or data product roles, including recent people management.Demonstrable experience within General Insurance data domains.Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (Premium, XMLA, ALM, optimization, governance).Experience with Snowflake and/or AWS Redshift, plus ETL/ELT tooling such as Informatica.Strong background in semantic model design and unified enterprise data models.Hands-on experience delivering GenAI applications (RAG, embeddings, LLM prototyping), with understanding of responsible AI.Experience implementing enterprise data catalog and lineage platforms.Strong understanding of data governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality across multiple markets.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with proven success engaging senior executives internationally.About this RoleThis position offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth through innovative data solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects.Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.What We OfferA dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and collaboration.Ongoing opportunities for professional growth and development.A competitive compensation package.
