Location : Pune (Viman nagar)


Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer with experience in creating visually appealing designs across various mediums. The Designer will be responsible for developing and executing high-quality designs, including but not limited to marketing materials, event visuals, digital assets.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in the latest design tools, have a strong sense of aesthetics, and be able to translate ideas into visually compelling content.


Key Responsibilities:

Event Design: Develop designs for event-related materials such as media walls, welcome signs, thank-you cards, photo booth backdrops, and more.

Digital Content: Design digital assets for websites, social media, and email campaigns to engage and attract audiences.

Branding: Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s brand identity and maintain consistency across all visual assets

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, events, and product teams to conceptualize and execute design projects.

Product Design Support: Design product catalogs, brochures, and other materials for artists, venues, catering, etc., ensuring professional presentation.

Innovation: Stay updated with design trends and tools, bringing fresh, creative ideas to every project.


Technical Skills:

Proficiency in the latest design tools:

Figma for collaborative design.

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Audition, Lightroom).

Canva for quick design needs.

Invideo for video content creation.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Knowledge of both print and digital design processes.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

2+ years of professional design experience.

A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across print and digital media.

Excellent attention to detail and creativity.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.


Soft Skills:

Ability to take constructive feedback and refine designs based on input from various stakeholders.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Self-driven and proactive in identifying areas of improvement or new opportunities for design.
