Head of Growth InnovationTidal Services is revolutionising the UK services market by leveraging technology and strategic acquisitions.The company connects customers with local service providers and aims to expand beyond current revenue levels.We're seeking a Head of Digital Growth to drive growth across our platform, marketplace, affiliate programme, and acquisition sourcing.This role involves hands-on responsibility. You'll design and deliver growth plans, manage campaigns end-to-end, and ensure accurate execution and tracking.Key areas include:Planning, launching, and optimising campaigns across multiple channelsManaging customer and provider acquisition, improving CAC, conversion, and retentionDeveloping and refining funnels, CRM automation, and lifecycle marketingImplementing creative testing frameworks that balance experimentation with ROIAffiliate and Partner Growth:Managing and expanding our affiliate and referral programmesBuilding systems to onboard, track, and reward affiliatesAutomating performance reportingDriving customer and provider acquisition through partnersAI and Automation:Utilising AI tools to automate reporting, creative production, and campaign workflowsWorking with tools like n8n, Zapier, and ChatGPT to streamline tasksExploring new AI applications to improve quality, consistency, and speedReporting and Accountability:Developing dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting systems across regions and business unitsDelivering clear weekly and monthly performance updatesAnalysing trends and recommending improvements backed by dataExecution and Collaboration:Managing multiple growth projects simultaneously with clear ownershipCollaborating closely with product, operations, and acquisitions teamsManaging freelancers or agencies for creative and paid mediaCreating processes for rolling out marketing across new locations and acquired businessesTo succeed, you should have:6–10 years in digital or performance marketingProven ability to lead and deliver growth initiatives independentlyStrong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, and automationConfident working with data, dashboards, and structured reportingComfortable using AI and automation toolsHighly organised, detail-driven, and proactiveBased in the UK, fully remote, and confident working with high accountabilityYou'll receive:Competitive salary based on experiencePerformance bonus tied to growth KPIsPotential equity and long-term incentivesRemote working with occasional in-person workshopsThe chance to build the growth engine of a national brandJoin Tidal and be part of a rapidly growing organisation that combines technology, acquisitions, and innovative marketing to build something big.
