Key Objectives:The role of an Integration Specialist involves working collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to define integration requirements, create functional specifications, and implement interfaces using Integration Center. This specialist will also maintain integration documentation and data mapping records, coordinate a team of developers to implement API-based interfaces, and manage the technical landscape of the HRIS system.Develop and maintain advanced reports using Canvas, Story, Table Reports, and Dashboards.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.Optimize existing reports for performance, accuracy, and usability.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR processes, experience in HR systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP, and related applications, as well as expertise in integration tools like SuccessFactors Reporting and Integration Center. Strong SQL/data manipulation skills, knowledge of middleware, and excellent communication skills are also essential for this role.
