Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will provide level 2 and 3 support for a cutting-edge workforce management solution across various functional modules.Handle incident, service request, and problem management tickets using ITSM tools.Perform root cause analysis, identify configuration or data-related issues, and provide permanent solutions.Work closely with business users to understand issues and provide functional resolutions or workarounds.Key Responsibilities:Configure or troubleshoot new and existing rules, pay rules, pay codes, calculation groups, and validations.Collaborate with support teams for raising SRs and follow-up for resolution of product-related defects.Assist in regression testing, system upgrades, and patch validation activities for newer versions.Support integration flows with third-party systems such as payroll and time clocks.Leverage reporting tools to build custom reports as desired.Ability to write custom code using scripting languages.Prepare documentation (including updating knowledgebase, SOPs, troubleshooting guides).Monitor batch jobs, system health, and interfaces on a daily basis.Provide end-user training or coaching as required.Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for an experienced professional with:5–10 years of hands-on experience with workforce management software (latest versions preferred).Strong expertise in modules such as Time & Attendance, Workforce Scheduling, Attendance Management, Labor Forecasting & Budgeting, Pay Rules, Work Rules, and Calculation Groups.Experience with configuration and rule building.Knowledge of workflows and integrations.Familiarity with time clock integrations (e.g., devices).Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; ability to read logs and debug errors.Experience in cloud-based application support and release cycles.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Good understanding of overall HR processes.What We OfferWe offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
