Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound efforts in the US market. Your focus will be on mid-market and early enterprise customers. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying prospects, engaging with decision-makers, and setting up high-quality meetings for our sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, are experienced in 0-1 journey with SAAS sales, and have a desire to make an impact in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential prospects in mid-market and early enterprise segments.
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Qualify leads through discovery calls and ensure a strong fit for Unlead.ai’s platform.
• Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives with qualified prospects.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize outbound strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (HubSpot or similar).
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in an SDR or similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology solutions.
• Proven success in outbound lead generation and qualification, particularly in the US market.
• Experience working with mid-market and/or early enterprise customers is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
