Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Sales and Marketing Representative will play a key role in driving business growth through sales initiatives and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in daily interaction with customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and address client needs effectively.
  • Conduct sales activities including lead generation, client visits, and closing deals.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business expansion.
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on products, services, and industry trends.
  • Visit customers across the UAE and GCC countries as required by the company.



Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in the UAE/GCC region.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an added advantage).
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
  • Willingness to travel across the UAE and GCC countries as per business requirements.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UAE with a valid Employment Visa/Residency Permit as per UAE labour law (company sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate).
