Ltd.The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting solar power plants to ensure peak performance, safety, and reliability.Key Responsibilities:Carry out routine and preventive maintenance of solar power plants to ensure maximum system uptime.Conduct site inspections, testing, and performance monitoring of solar PV systems and associated equipment.Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in inverters, modules, cables, junction boxes, and electrical panels.Maintain proper documentation and reporting of O&M activities, including daily/weekly maintenance logs.Follow and ensure strict compliance with safety standards and electrical procedures during all operations.Support the remote monitoring team in analyzing plant performance and addressing alerts or system faults.Coordinate with engineering and project teams for technical issue resolution and performance improvements.Assist in replacement, cleaning, and testing of solar modules and electrical components when required.Skills & Requirements:Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters (string/central), transformers, and switchgear.Ability to read and understand electrical drawings (SLDs, layouts, cable routing diagrams).Familiarity with electrical testing tools like multimeters, insulation testers, and clamp meters.Good understanding of DC/AC systems , grid connectivity, and fault identification.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Willingness to travel to project sites and work under varying environmental conditions.Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently or in a team.Benefits:Opportunity to work with one of India's fast-growing solar EPC companies.Exposure to large-scale ground-mounted and rooftop solar projects.Learning and professional growth in the renewable energy sector.Supportive environment with hands-on training and technical mentorship.
