This role involves cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of electrical, mechanical, and software systems, with a focus on performance, safety, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the integration of vehicle systems including battery packs, power electronics, electric drive units, thermal systems, and control software.- Develop and manage system-level requirements and interface specifications.- Coordinate with design, validation, and manufacturing teams to ensure system compatibility and performance.- Support vehicle-level testing and validation, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 26262, UNECE R100).- Manage system integration timelines and deliverables across multiple teams.- Utilize tools such as CANalyzer, MATLAB/Simulink, and vehicle simulation platforms for analysis and validation.- Document integration processes and maintain traceability of requirements and changes.Qualifications:- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.- 3+ years of experience in automotive systems integration, preferably in BEV or hybrid vehicles.- Strong understanding of vehicle electrical architecture, high-voltage systems, and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).- Experience with system modelling and simulation tools.- Familiarity with functional safety and cybersecurity standards.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.Preferred Skills:- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).- Knowledge of thermal management systems for EVs.- Hands-on experience with vehicle testing and diagnostics.- Experience working in Agile development environments.
