System Integration Engineer

IRP systems is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market and we are seeking for an experienced System Engineer in India You ll be responsible for the following Support the full integration lifecycle requirements testing deployment and post-deployment issue resolution Identify analyse and resolve system-level hardware and software issues Collaborate with R D to deliver integration solutions that meet both customer and system requirements Act as a technical filter before escalating to R D Develop clear technical documentation and deliver customer training to ensure smooth implementation and knowledge transfer Build strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted technical contact Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s Engineer in Electronics or mechatronics At least 8 years of experience as a system engineer with high orientation to integration or system integration engineer from automotive companies - must have Hands-on experience with system integration Must be able to read interpret and analyse requirement documents test data schematics drawings and reports Effective communication problem solving customer support focus and team oriented Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization quality efficiency and professionalism Work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision Fluent English - must have Advantages Familiarity with functional safety procedure and practices - great advantage Knowledge and understanding of international standards None
