With innovations like AI Mentors (Blu), SmartLabs, and Edulet Tablets, we are reimagining how India learns.Based in Bengaluru, UNLOX®️ is committed to helping learners unlock their potential and experience education the Unlox way.The OpportunityWe are looking for passionate Full-Time In-House Data Science & Data Analytics Mentors who can train learners across foundational to advanced concepts in analytics, data engineering basics, and applied machine learning.This role is perfect for experienced trainers, data professionals, analysts, and ML engineers who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and turning complex data concepts into real-world skills. You will play a crucial role in shaping future data analysts and data scientists.Key Responsibilities• Conduct engaging, practical, and interactive training sessions in Data Science, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and related tools.• Provide personalized mentorship, guiding learners throughout their learning journey.• Create, update, and maintain *lesson plans, case studies, real datasets, and assessments* aligned with industry practices.• Evaluate learner performance through assignments, quizzes, and projects, and share constructive feedback.• Lead real-world project development, enabling learners to build strong and industry-ready portfolios.• Resolve learner doubts through live sessions, chat, or calls.• Inspire learners to build strong careers in Data Science, AI, ML, and Analytics. Skills and Expertise RequiredTechnical Skills• Strong knowledge of Python for data handling, analysis, and ML modeling.• Expertise in Data Analytics:– Excel– SQL– Power BI / Tableau– Statistics & Data Visualization• Strong understanding of Data Science & Machine Learning concepts:– Supervised & Unsupervised Learning– Feature Engineering– Model Building & Evaluation– Real-world ML application• Hands-on experience with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn.• Familiarity with Data Engineering fundamentals and workflows.• Knowledge of Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, BigQuery, etc.• Experience with Git/GitHub and modern data workflows.Soft Skills• Excellent communication and the ability to simplify technical concepts.• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.• Passion for teaching and mentoring.Experience• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in Data Science, Analytics, ML, or related fields.• Teaching/mentoring experience is preferred but not mandatory. Salary : CTC ₹10,00,000 per annum (10 LPA)Why Join UNLOX®️• Be part of India’s fastest-growing AI-driven EdTech ecosystem.• Influence and transform the careers of thousands of aspiring data professionals.• Clear growth pathway to Lead Mentor, Program Lead, or Program Head roles.• Opportunities to build your trainer brand, create content, and lead communities.• A collaborative, innovation-driven environment that values creativity, results, and mentorship excellence.
