About This RoleWe are seeking an experienced Technical Lead - Mobile App Development to join our team and contribute to the development of our mobile-first platform.This is a senior-level position that requires extensive knowledge of React Native, Expo, and TypeScript. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our mobile application using these technologies.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop a scalable and maintainable mobile application architecture using React Native and Expo.Develop and maintain the core Network Layer, ensuring efficient data fetching, robust error handling, and effective caching strategies.Drive app performance optimization and take full ownership of core mobile features from concept to deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize feature enhancements and bug fixes.Requirements:5+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years dedicated to in-depth React Native for cross-platform mobile apps.Expert proficiency in React Native core principles, Expo (including EAS), TypeScript, and modern state management.Proven experience in profiling and optimizing complex mobile applications and resolving common performance bottlenecks.Deep experience architecting and building Design Systems with a focus on modularity, scalability, and performance.
