The Product Marketing Manager will position, promote, and grow adoption of one or more product lines in a competitive global market (focus may be regional or global clients).


Key Responsibilities

Product Positioning & Messaging

Define and refine product value propositions, messaging and positioning that differentiate Intellect's offerings in the market.

Translate technical product features into compelling business benefits tailored to different customer personas (banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, etc.).

Go‑to‑Market Strategy & Launches

  • Plan and execute product launches (new products / features) end‑to‑end: market research, competitive analysis, pricing strategy, launch plans, collateral, enablement.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success teams to align on product roadmap, features, timelines.

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, customer needs, competitors, regulatory changes, industry best practices.
  • Provide insights to Product and Strategy teams to guide roadmap adjustments and identify opportunities.

Demand Generation / Marketing Campaigns

  • Design, implement and track marketing campaigns to generate leads / drive usage / adoption (webinars, content marketing, digital marketing, events, etc.).
  • Develop sales enablement materials (data sheets, case studies, presentations, whitepapers) to support sales & pre‑sales.

Customer & Persona Management

  • Segment customers and define buyer personas.
  • Gather feedback from customers & prospects, work on messaging / product adjustments based on real usage, pain points, success stories.

Metrics & Performance Tracking

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing (e.g. adoption rates, conversion funnels, pipeline contribution etc.).
  • Monitor, analyze, report performance, ROI of marketing initiatives; adjust tactics based on insights.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with teams such as Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Design & Content.
  • Facilitate product training for sales teams and partners to ensure they can sell the product effectively.

Brand & Thought Leadership

  • Contribute to building Intellect’s brand in the fintech / banking / insurance tech space.
  • Support thought leadership via whitepapers, analyst briefings, industry seminars/conferences, blogs, webinars.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in product marketing / product positioning / go‑to‑market strategy preferably in technology / fintech / banking / insurance domain.
  • Ability to understand complex financial / software products; technical literacy (APIs, SaaS, cloud, etc.) is useful.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft persuasive messages for different audiences.
  • Analytical mindset: comfort with data, defining metrics, measuring impact, doing market research.
  • Strategic thinking: able to see big picture but also dive into tactical execution.
  • Project management skills: able to plan, coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage budgets and timelines.
  • Teamwork & cross‑functional collaboration; influencing skills (you may not always have direct authority over all stakeholders).
  • Creativity and innovation in marketing, content, campaigns.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels, sales enablement, content marketing.
