Job Title: Sr Executive – GST & TDS Compliance

Location: Elite Foods Pvt Ltd, Manufacturing Unit, Hosur

Reports To: Finance Manager


Position Summary:

We are seeking a mature, knowledgeable Accounts Executive with a strong foundation in GST/TDS compliance and overall accounts management to join our team. This role demands a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience, with a focus on managing multi-state GST matters, handling 194R-related issues, and preparing GSTR filings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle GST and TDS compliance, including multi-state GST matters and 194R issues.
  • Oversee preparation and filing of GSTR returns and annual returns with accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Utilize SAP software for accounting tasks, data management, and reporting.
  • Maintain records of financial transactions and ensure they align with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to resolve any compliance or reporting discrepancies.
  • Participate in audits and provide detailed support documentation when needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: B.Com degree; CA/ICWAI Intermediate preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in GST/TDS and overall accounts management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP is mandatory; strong understanding of GSTR return filing, preparation, and annual returns.
  • Age Requirement: At least 35 years, with maturity and stability in a long-term role.
  • Location: Preferably a local of Hosur to ensure long-term commitment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to handle complex GST compliance across 5 states.
  • Knowledge of 194R provisions and related compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work approach.
