Job Description: Personal Secretary to India Business Manager
Experience: Fresher to 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the India Business Manager in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
2. Facilitate smooth interactions with clients and stakeholders through effective communication.
3. Create and maintain reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Demonstrate excellent project coordination skills to assist in managing various projects and meeting deadlines effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Basic qualification of BBA/MBA is required.
2. Proven experience or knowledge as a Personal Secretary or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skill in English essential.
4. Basic knowledge of an additional language such as Tamil or Malayalam will be advantageous.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
6. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
