Job Title: Product Development DirectorIn this role, you will oversee the development of a key area within our Risk, Tax and Compliance products. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to drive project execution and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. Team Building: Assemble and lead a diverse team of professionals with expertise in risk management, product development, and compliance. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication, innovation, and knowledge sharing. Project Leadership: Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement project plans, set clear objectives, and track progress. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project outcomes. Idea Generation: Collaborate with internal partners to identify business opportunities and develop strategic initiatives. Work closely with product owners to prioritize features and enhance product offerings. Product Planning: Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features and requirements based on customer needs and market trends. Collaborate with the scrum team to plan, prioritize, and groom the product backlog. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with product development and launch. Develop contingency plans and rollback strategies in conjunction with development and quality engineering leads.Requirements: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving project execution. Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
